Alison Bradley christens own gerbera

MANCHESTER - During the Interflora World Cup in Manchester last weekend, Alison Bradley, founder of Floral Fundamentals, christened her own gerbera. Gerbera Alison is one of our new varieties.
Enormously surprised, Alison accepted the bouquet with her own gerbera. She then christened it with champagne in the presence of many international florists, growers and press. Alison has been putting her heart and soul into the flower sector for years,
By founding Floral Fundamentals, she has brought many florists, growers and wholesalers closer together to share their passion, knowledge and craftsmanship. Holstein Flowers has also been a member of this unique platform for many years and we are proud of that.
As a token of gratitude, we have named a special gerbera after her. Gerbera Alison is a large-flowered gerbera from our own breeding with a bright pink colour and a diameter of 11 cm. An impressively large flower for an impressive grand lady. And what could be better than having this flower christened during the Interflora World Cup, where the entire international floristry profession comes together!
The bouquet was created by Flora Fundamentals ambassador Laura Leong, who along with Morgan Douglas Nuth on stage made sure it was an extra successful surprise for Alison.
Gerbera Alison is now available for orders.
